Resetting the Chrome Browser

Sometimes a user might set up a proxy setting in their browser, whether on accident or due to an extension they are using. Issues may also occur when utilizing KITE or MAPS testing. Resetting the Chrome browser to its default may fix the problem.

 

  1. Go to Chrome Preferences

  1. At the top in the middle type in the search 'reset settings'

  1. Click the button to 'Restore settings to their original defaults'

  1. Click 'Reset settings'
