Printing to Xerox Printers While Using Google Chrome
To Print to our Xerox printers while using the Chrome web browser, open up your browser to the webpage you would like to print.
While on the webpage you want to print either click P or use the dropdown menu as seen below in the image by selecting File > Print
When the Chrome Print menu click on the drop down menu ‘More settings’ near the bottom of the window.
After clicking to access more settings, be sure to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the window and click on ‘Print using system dialog…’
You should now see the standard Macintosh OS print menu. Xerox printers like this menu much more than the Chrome Printer. The menu seen below will provide better print jobs and more Xerox printing features.
