Xerox Printing | Drivers & Installation (Xerox C7030)


  1. Open your Chrome web browser and type the following URL.

(If Google Chrome is your default web browser you can simply Control+Click the following link and 'Open Link in New Tab'.) https://www.support.xerox.com/

Once on Xerox’s support page use the Search bar to search for the C7030 printer.




  1. After searching for the C7030 printer, click on the ‘Drivers & Downloads’ tab.



  1. Click the first available link ‘Drivers & Downloads - VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer’



  1. After the link opens, click on the ‘Drivers & Downloads’ tab and wait for the ‘Platform’ dropdown menu to automatically choose the Operating System your computer is currently running. If this does not happen automatically, use the dropdown menu to select the Operating System you are using.



  1. Select the ‘Category’ dropdown menu and choose ‘Drivers’ as seen below.


  1. Click the ‘APPLY FILTERS’ button.



  1. Check the ‘I agree to the Terms and Conditions’ checkbox, and click the ‘Download’ button



  1. If using Chrome as your browser your download will appear at the bottom right corner of the browser window as shown below.



  1. After the download is complete, click on the up arrow next to the new download and click on ‘Show in Finder’



  1. Double click on the newly downloaded ‘.dmg’ named ‘XeroxDrivers_5.10.0_2305.dmg’ (The file name may vary depending on the Operating System you are using.)



  1. Open the package named ‘Xerox Drivers 5.10.0.pkg’ (The name of the package may vary depending on the Operating System you are using.)



  1. Click ‘Continue’



  1. Click ‘Continue’



  1. Click ‘Continue’



  1. Click ‘Agree’



  1. Click ‘Install’



  1. You will be asked for permission to install the new software. Either type in your Username and Password and click ‘Install Software’ or use your fingerprint to grant permission.



  1. Select the icon that looks like the one seen below. It is the icon on the right hand side.



  1. Type in the following IP address 10.3.80.43 - The installation will scan the network, and while you are on the ‘USD444 Staff’ network the new C7030 printer will be found by the installer.



  1. Click ‘Continue’ to finish the installation. If another window appears, to close the setup/installation, you can either click ‘Close’ or click the red button at the top left of the installation window. - Your new printer should now be installed.
