Login to Helpdesk


Some articles on the Knowledge Base are only available to users who are logged into the Helpdesk. If your Chrome browser is not already logged into your Google account, the following steps can be taken. Once logged into your Google account, Freshdesk (USD #444 Helpdesk) will recognize your account and you will be logged into the Helpdesk.


  1. Control+Click the following link and 'Open Link in New Tab' to browse to USD #444’s Helpdesk page. https://usd444-help.freshdesk.com/support/home


  1. Click the ‘Login’ button at the top right corner of your browser window.




  1. Click the …or login using ‘Google’ button on the right hand side of the login window to log in with your Google account.






  1. If you are presented with the login window seen below, type in your USD #444 email address and click next to then type in your password when the password window appears and click ‘Next’ to log in to the Helpdesk. If you are not presented with the login seen below, please skip to Step 5.





  1. If you are presented with the ‘Choose an account to continue to Freshdesk’ page seen below, click on your Google account, type your password when the password window appears and click ‘Next’ to log in to the Helpdesk.






Once logged in to the Helpdesk with your USD #444 account, you will now be able to see all of the articles posted on the Helpdesk that are unavailable to those who do not have a USD #444 Google account.
